Title: Solution Architect
The person should have functional knowledge of the systems and standard process to be able to drive the development.
This will be a great addition for the product to
- Understand new features, new releases and it’s impact
- Standard TAX setup and process within the ERP
- POC for new solutions and having inputs during the product design process
- Support in backlog refinement and groomings
- Testing support to the team and verification of delivery

Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a functional consultant with expertise in at least 2 different Microsoft ERP systems (Microsoft FSC, Commerce, and BC). Experience with Coupa is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of Financial modules (AP, AR, GL) and the supply chain domain. Knowledge of taxation is an advantage.
- Proficient in multi-entity configurations, ERP integrations, and familiarity with APIs. Ability to collaborate with technical teams to customize product solutions.
- Capable of handling solution design, functional Fit-Gap analysis, and creating POCs to meet business requirements. Experienced in defining Use Cases, creating Functional designs, and documenting configurations.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and assistance to users.
- Ability to contribute to the product roadmap with insights and suggestions from User feedback and identify areas of improvement. Bringing new ideas and creative solutions to the table.
- Experience working with product release cycle and identity impact.
- Strong business acumen with deep IT knowledge, able to deliver effective outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong learning, discovery, and research mindset.
- Capable of assisting in writing features, ACs, use cases with technical support. Support in backlog refining and grooming the product manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
