Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - Core HR (Support)
Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Core HR to join our team in a support role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically focusing on Core HR modules. This role requires a deep understanding of HR business processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of providing high-quality support to clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Offer expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Core HR modules, including but not limited to employee records management, organization structures, workforce lifecycle management, and absence management.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Core HR processes and configurations, ensuring timely resolution to meet client needs and SLAs.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
- Configure and customize Core HR modules to meet client-specific requirements, leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and support processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Interact closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on issue resolution status, and offer recommendations for optimizing their use of Oracle Fusion Core HR.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Core HR modules, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or anomalies.
- Keep abreast of the latest Oracle Fusion HCM updates, patches, and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements or process improvements to clients.
Qualifications:
-10-12 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Core HR modules.
-In-depth understanding of Core HR processes, configurations, and best practices.
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
-Proven experience in providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Oracle Fusion HCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
-Experience with Oracle Support processes and tools is a plus.
