Seismic Developer – Knowledge Content Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and maintain Seismic environments, including core modules such as LiveDoc, WorkSpace, and DocCenter.
• Implement and optimize content lifecycle management processes — authoring, publishing, version control, and archival — aligned to governance standards.
• Develop automation scripts, data connectors, and workflows to integrate Seismic with key systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and enterprise DAMs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define metadata structures, taxonomy, and search optimization strategies for greater content discoverability.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure compliance with corporate standards and data security policies.
• Monitor platform performance, usage analytics, and content engagement metrics; provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
• Support user adoption through training, documentation, and process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on Seismic platform releases, APIs, and best practices to continuously improve platform capabilities.
