Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Work on both Salesforce Administration and Development tasks
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and test classes
• Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Implement and manage Flows (Automation, Process Optimization)
• Perform system integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs
• Debug and resolve production issues with a strong sense of urgency
• Ensure high code quality with proper test coverage and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews and deployment processes

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong knowledge of:
o Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Aura Components
o Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Salesforce Administration (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, etc.)
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Strong experience in system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Solid understanding of debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Experience writing robust test classes with high code coverage
• Ability to handle and fix critical issues on priority
