Role Description:

Key roles & responsibilities: 

• Working with the Operations team to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices & processes to achieve operational excellence.
• Regular status update by tracking operational KPI’s on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Connect with Various stakeholders for centralizing the data and making sure to have sustainable process in place.
• Provide leadership and management to Support teams and projects.
• Foster an environment conducive to learning and development of skills.
