Title:  Sr Application Developer

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle SOA Suite / BPEL

Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations using Oracle SOA Suite 12c and JDeveloper 12c.

Develop and maintain BPEL processes, SOA composites, Mediator services, and reusable integration components.

Design integrations using Oracle Adapters such as DB, JMS, File/FTP/SFTP and Web Services.

Develop transformations using XML, XSD, XSLT and XPath.

Configure and manage DVM, MDS, configuration plans and SOA deployments.

Troubleshoot production issues using Enterprise Manager and WebLogic diagnostic capabilities.

Develop and test SOAP/REST integrations using tools such as SOAP UI and Postman.

Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment and production support.

Required Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite/BPEL.

Strong experience with SOA Suite 12c and JDeveloper 12c.

Hands-on experience with BPEL, Mediator and SOA composites.

Experience with DB, JMS, Web Service and File adapters.

Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, SOAP and WSDL.

Experience with SQL/Oracle Database and WebLogic Server.

Knowledge of DVM, MDS, configuration plans and Enterprise Manager.

Good understanding of REST/SOAP services and integration patterns.

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Oracle Service Bus (OSB), including XQuery, reporting and customization.

Oracle B2B concepts such as trading partners, agreements and channels.

Knowledge of Java/Oracle ADF

Exposure to OIC, Boomi or other cloud integration platforms.

Experience with Jenkins/Azure DevOps (TFS).

Good communication and leadership skills.
