Test Management Lead

Role Summary
The Test Management Lead will establish and oversee the testing strategy ensuring the reliability, performance, and business readiness of the PLM platform.
Key Responsibilities

Define the overall testing strategy for the PLM transformation program.
Establish structured testing processes across development, integration, and business validation phases.
Ensure test coverage for end-to-end engineering processes.
Coordinate testing activities across business and IT teams.
Monitor testing progress and defect resolution.
Define test environments and data preparation strategies.
Manage testing readiness for migration rehearsals and production rollout.
Establish performance and load testing procedures.
Implement automated testing frameworks where appropriate.
Report testing quality metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
Professional certification in software testing or quality assurance preferred.
Experience leading testing activities in global transformation programs.
