Job Title: Product Solutions Consultant / Solutions Lead

Experience - 6-12 Years

Location – Pune

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-facing Product Solutions Consultant who will act as the bridge between customers, product management, engineering, and delivery teams. The role requires strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and solutioning skills to drive customer engagements, product demonstrations, and business discussions.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a product-based organization and possess a solid understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), customer adoption journeys, and enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Interact directly with customers to understand business challenges and requirements.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Drive customer communications, status updates, and follow-ups.

Product Demonstrations & Presentations

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for customers and prospects.
  • Create customer-specific demo scenarios and use cases.
  • Deliver presentations to business users, product teams, architects, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate product capabilities, roadmap, and business value.

Solution Consulting

  • Convert customer requirements into solution recommendations.
  • Prepare solution decks, business presentations, and executive proposals.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to define solution approaches.
  • Support customer evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and adoption initiatives.

Product Lifecycle Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Understand product vision, roadmap, releases, and feature prioritization.
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product improvements.
  • Support product launch and adoption activities.

 

 

 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, Cloud, AI, GenAI, or Enterprise Software products.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Product Development processes.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and business case creation.
  • Exposure to customer success, product adoption, and change management practices.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Has worked in a Product Company or Product Engineering organization.
  • Comfortable engaging with Product Owners, Architects, Program Managers, and CXO stakeholders.
  • Can independently run demos, workshops, and customer meetings.
  • Creates impactful solution presentations and executive communication.
  • Strong follow-through on customer action items and stakeholder management.
  • Passionate about technology, products, and customer success.
