Title:  Sr BY WMS Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS Implementation Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Blue Yonder/WMS, including core functionalities, configuration, and migration. Experience with Redprairie WMS is a plus. The role involves working closely with clients to understand warehouse requirements, configure the system, support go-live activities, and provide hyper-care support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of various versions of Blue Yonder/JDA WMS, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.
• Possess good knowledge of Redprairie WMS and experience with WMS migration projects.
• Configure WMS based on client requirements, including understanding warehouse maps and processes.
• Gather high-level warehouse requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and configuration specifications.
• Analyze trace files to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for users during testing, go-live, and hyper-care support.
• Support the go-live process by working closely with process leads, warehouse teams, and IT technical staff.
• Develop deep technical and business domain knowledge to provide expert guidance.
• Document user stories, configuration details, and process flows.
• Provide post-implementation hyper-care support to ensure system stability and performance.
• Handle client communication effectively, managing expectations and providing timely updates.

Technical and Functional Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management System.
• Strong knowledge of core functionalities, configurations, and best practices in BY/WMS.
• Experience with WMS migration projects, especially version upgrades.
• Good understanding of warehouse maps, processes, and high-level requirements gathering.
• Ability to document user stories and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Experience with Redprairie WMS is advantageous.
• Proficient in analyzing trace files and resolving configuration issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a single point of contact during testing and hyper-care phases.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting go-live activities and providing hyper-care support.
