Title:  Sr Developer-Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility

Role & Responsibilities:  

Manage project accounts with a strong techno-functional understanding of the OTM application.  
Engage in daily interactions with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, provide updates, and handle new change requests.  
Configure OTM modules and design business requirements; experience with migration projects is essential.  
Deep knowledge of OTM & GTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration & Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance, and Trade Management.  
Create Agents, Saved Queries, Action Checks, Custom Actions, Screensets, Manager Layouts, Workbenches, assign user preferences, manage user favorites, and handle export/import of CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL (Style Sheets). Experience with project migration, Account Policy, User Roles, and Business Monitor is required.  
Knowledge of Financials such as Invoice Approval Rules and Match Rule Profiles.  
Manage quarterly upgrades of OTM & GTM.  
Integrate OTM with other modules like EBS, JDE, SAP, etc.  
Gather customer requirements, understand supply chain business processes, create functional specifications, provide technical logic, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, support go-live activities, and prepare related documentation.  
Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly status report meetings with stakeholders.  
Coordinate with stakeholders and internal team members on administrative and project-related processes.  
Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.  
Demonstrate the ability to think tactically and strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.  
Develop standards and processes, and promote (or enforce) their use within the team.
