- Troubleshoot Global address list syncing and undelivered message tracking
- Mailbox creation, permissions creation, modifications
- To troubleshoot email performance or delegation of access
- Update, block for incoming address and calendar configuration sharing
- Archive mailbox data export and clean up
- Configuring Send\Receive connectors for controlling mail flow to and from various application servers
- along with support for exchange mailbox archiving
- Troubleshoot email connectivity for email users along with Public Folder functionality
- Manage restore and back up of mailboxes along with PST/OST import and export issue
- Create/modify existing shared mailboxes, security and distribution groups
- Create or modify existing rooms and resources along with existing mail tips and OWA troubleshooting
- Restoration of the service following outage, failures or disasters
- Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting for issues affecting Office 365 service availability and
