Role: Senior Executive- Business Finance

 

Role & responsibilities:

  • Well versed in / worked on different commercial models used in the IT industry and analysis of impact on deal commercials
  • Well versed with terminologies used in IT industry and impact of the same on commercial pricing
  • Hands-on experience in financial modelling for large / complex IT deals
  • Identify commercial risks involved and propose risk mitigation framework to be embedded in pricing / contracting
  • Clear understanding of RFPs, MSAs and SOWs. Respond to commercial section of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for IT outsourcing deals.
  • Review of and marking up commercial terms and conditions in a proposal
  • Experience in negotiating with customer finance / legal team directly on commercial / contractual TCs.
  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to prepare business case and pricing models.
  • Create and review commercial construct of the deals. Responsible for creating deal P&L's
  • Able to analyse and report statistical data comprising Revenue/FTE, Cost/FTE, Zero Revenue resources, efficiency, billed head count, etc.
  • Tracking deal financials for each opportunity
