About Role

We are looking for a young dynamic and motivated US Immigration Specialist responsible for processing end to end work permits and dependent visa. Familiar with Immigration Regulations and u/stand the importance of compliance.

Area(s) of responsibility

  • End to end processing of all US Work Permits (H-1B, L1 A/B, TN, E3) and dependent visa (H4, L2)
  • Prepare PAF (Public Access Files), determining actual wage, determining the prevailing wage and processing LCAs (Labor Condition Applications) for applicable petitions.
  • Responsible for managing USCIS RFEs (Request for Evidences), coordinate with different stakeholders and gather supporting documents and respond timely.
  • Monitor nearing expiry work authorizations and timely filings of extensions.
  • Utilize a strong working knowledge of immigration policies and procedures to recommend the appropriate immigration strategy
  • Review immigration invoices. Escalate discrepancies as needed.
  • Real time visa tracking and provide weekly update on work permit status to applicants and business.
  • Coordinating with Finance, Legal, HR teams, vendor payments, Company/Client related documents, Comp & benefit team
  • Maintain reports pertaining to work permit applications, and propose process improvements, etc...
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably Master’s in HR or Business-related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws and related issues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with complex documentation.
