Job Title: Learning Partner

Job Summary:
The Learning Partner will play a crucial role in driving the learning and development strategy within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, designing and delivering effective learning solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in L&D domain, in IT Services organization, with an understanding of technology landscape.
- Person with prior experience/understanding of working as learning partner with the business units / leadership and understanding the capability development requirements to lead learning initiatives for the business is required.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Partner for a Business Unit: Responsible to partner with a Business Unit to enable capability building for that business, which will include the following:
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
- Training Needs Identification: Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization and create a capability development plan.
- Training implementation & Execution:
- Enable execution of training programs in collaboration with internal Teams/External partners
- Ensure completion/penetration of all L&D initiatives for the Business Unit
- Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.
- Lead employee awareness on various L&D initiatives/process/programs
- Reporting & governance:
- Drive the L&D KPI targets.
- Report monthly dashboards to Business on training outlook of the function
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training offerings.
Key Skills/Competence

- Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Solution Orientation, Strategic Mindset, Problem Solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good with excel and power point.
- Analytics & data reporting.
Good to have skills:
- Certification in training and development.
- Understanding of learning platforms and learning technologies.
