Responsibilities
Ensure the company's compliance with all SEBI regulations and guidelines.
Prepare and submit necessary documents and reports to SEBI.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with SEBI regulations.
Stay updated with changes in SEBI regulations and implement necessary changes in company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
Proficient knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, along with certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with corporate law and governance.
Experience in risk management.
Proficiency in using compliance software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of financial reporting.
