Job Description:
•Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
•Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization's SAP environment.
•Compliance Management: Ensure that the organization complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO.
•Security Management: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization's SAP systems from unauthorized access and data breaches.
•User Access Management: Manage user access and permissions within the SAP environment to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data and systems.
•Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the use of SAP GRC solutions and best practices.
•Audit and Monitoring: Perform regular audits and monitoring of the SAP environment to identify and address any compliance issues or security threats.
•Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP GRC processes, configurations, and customizations.
•Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP GRC technologies and industry trends to continually improve the organization's GRC capabilities.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management. Strong knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
•Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address risks and compliance issues.
•Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide training and support.
•Experience in leading SAP GRC implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
•Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO.
•Certifications: SAP GRC certification is preferred.
