Responsibilities:

  • Support Presales and Solutioning on in the area of Digital and Data space
  • Participate in client interactions during the solutioning process to better understand the context and design client specific solutions.
  • Assist & attend the client meetings for Product demos & requirement analysis.
  • Work closely with the Digital and Data Practice/COE teams, participate in customer requirement discussions, devise effective solutions, provide support in pitches for business etc.,
  • Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, delivery, technology, facilities) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submission
  • Manage the entire proposal lifecycle including scope finalization, solution review, commercials, and proposal submission.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiations.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams like Technical, Domain, Sales etc.,
  • Good learning ability with proven analytical skills



Requirements:

  • 8-10 years Industry experience with Engineering educational background
  • Demonstrable experience in at least 2 or more Digital/Data technologies (e.g., Cloud migration, RPA, CRM, UI/UX, eCommerce, IOT, Platform engineering, Content management, DevOps, Legacy modernization, Data & Analytics etc)
  • Strong knowledge of Requirements gathering management and analysis to create proposals.
  • Exposure to Proposal management methodologies Initiation & Kick off, Planning, Execution, Control, Closing and retrospective activities.
  • Experience in providing pre-sales technical support to colleagues requiring assistance with equipment, software product or service configurations and functionality. When required liaise directly with customers or prospective customers in relation to the same.
  • Smart with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid conflict management and decision-making skills
