- 9+ years’ experience in Oracle CRM products including On Prem and Oracle CX Cloud
- Experience architecting and leading designs of one or more of Oracle Customer Experience (CX) cloud application with CX products like Sales (Commerce/ CPQ/ PRM/ Sales Automation) or Marketing like (Campaign Management/ B2B Marketing like Eloqua/ Low code-No Code CX Platform)/ Field Service Management/ Digital Customer) etc.
- Knowledge of Groovy, Object workflows, Triggers, Global functions, and validation scripts. Aware of Fusion CX data model.
- Has worked as functional consultant and instrumental in conducting requirement gathering and CRP sessions
