Job Description – Oracle EPM Technical & Integration Consultant
Requirement:
A minimum of 7 - 8 years of Oracle Cloud EPM Integrations
- Participate in all aspects & lead a single workstream for an Oracle Cloud EPM project through full implementation lifecycle: Design solution workshops, application configuration, quality assurance, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing, deliver training, perform production cutover, and deliver post go-live support.
- Advanced in gathering functional and technical requirements to set the direction of solution delivery aligned to client implementation goals.
- Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned Oracle EPM solutions.
- Enforce and mentor the implementation team on Oracle modern best practices in configuring applications for dimensions, forms, rules, security, reports, integrations, loading, and validating data.
- Lead workstream development of testing scenarios and test scripts, lead system integration testing (SIT) execution and issue resolution, assist the client with user acceptance testing (UAT) execution, and perform issue resolution.
- Provide knowledge transfer sessions and Train-the-Trainer training to client resources based on the EPM-configured solution and reports.
- Help lead the development of EPM Accelerators, which will improve the quality and efficiency of EPM implementations.
- Support change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the EPM Cloud Solution
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance counselling to more junior consultants and client team members.
Qualifications:
- Ability to Lead workstream of a Solution Design Workshop to review, confirm and document application and reporting requirements. Review application feature enablement and configuration options. Document gaps between SoW scope and client requirements/expectations.
- Ability to draft agenda topics, timings and audience for a workstream to review with Solution Architect for daily Solution Design Workshops.
- Advanced Level knowledge of Oracle Modern best practice in the configuration of Planning application configuration enablement options, development of custom application artifacts including dimensions, forms, rules, workflow, rules, etc.
- Advanced level implementation experience with Oracle Financials, Workforce, Capital, or Projects business processes or the ability to develop custom Planning applications.
- Advanced-level knowledge of Data Exchange to support inbound, outbound, or bidirectional data integration requirements.
- Advanced-level knowledge of Oracle direct integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP using Data Exchange and Pipelines.
- Advanced Level functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS accounting standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision.
