Title:  Sr Lead Consultant

Job Description-

1. 5+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules and at least 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA. 
2. In dept knowledge of E2E process of manufacturing and quality inspection process.
3. Hands on experience working on PP and QM related enhancements. 
4. Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions. Creating functional requirements as an input to application design, assist with build, test, and deploy activities for PP and QM modules.
5. Should be able to understand client’s business requirement, analyse it and provide best possible solution in SAP. 
6. Strong knowledge of PP functionalities in SAP such as PP master data, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Process Order creation, release and confirmation along with component handling and BOM explosion, Lot handling and replenishment planning in SAP S/4HANA. 
7. Strong knowledge of QM functionalities in SAP such as QM master data, Inspection Lot and usage decision.
8. Quality certificate creation and notification handling and sampling procedure in SAP.
9. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
10. Cross module integration knowledge
11. Working experience in pharmaceuticals domain and MES will be added advantage.
