Title:  Sr Lead Consultant

1.    RPA Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
2.    Process Assessment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document processes suitable for automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3.    Bot Configuration: Configure and maintain RPA bots to perform tasks efficiently and accurately, adhering to best practices in coding and automation design.
4.    Testing and Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing of RPA bots to identify and resolve any issues or defects, ensuring the reliability of automated processes.
5.    Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including process maps, technical design documents, and operational manuals.
6.    Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of deployed bots, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks. Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal functionality.
7.    Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and support the successful implementation of automation projects.
8.    Training and Mentoring: Provide training and guidance to junior RPA developers and assist in their professional development.
9.    Compliance and Security: Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and security standards.
Qualifications:
1.    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2.    Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering automation projects.
3.    Certification in one or more RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer) is highly desirable.
4.    Proficiency in programming languages and scripting (e.g., C#, Python, PowerShell) to develop and enhance automation scripts.
5.    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient automation solutions.
6.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and team members.
7.    Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
8.    Familiarity with data integration and API integration is advantageous.
