Oracle EPM Planning and Consolidation Consultant (FCCS+EPBCS)

At least 7+ Years EPM Experience is required in global delivery model

Planning - PBCS/ EPBCS

• Experience in Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
• Sound knowledge on Hyperion Planning/PBCS/EPBCS
• Sound functional knowledge (Understand of planning modelling like P&L, BS, Workforce, Capex planning etc.. and inter dependencies)
• Sound Knowledge on Business Rules/Forms / Task Lists / Reports.
• Hands on Experience on Planning Modules is must- Workforce Planning/Project Planning/Capex Planning

Consolidation - FCCS

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of results for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Perform intercompany eliminations, equity accounting, and minority interest calculations
• Manage foreign currency translation adjustments for entities operating in multiple jurisdictions
• Coordinate with regional finance teams and controllers to gather and validate financial data
• Analyze consolidated financial data and prepare variance analysis against budget and prior periods
• Maintain group chart of accounts and ensure consistency in financial data across subsidiaries
• Support audit requirements by providing necessary schedules and documentation
• Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives related to consolidation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Preferred Skills:
Prior involvement in finance transformation projects

Experience in large corporate or multinational environments

Passion for automation, process improvement, and modern finance practices

Oracle FCCS  and Planning certification is a strongly preferred

In depth knowledge in Integration (Data Management)

Knowledge on Microsoft office tools including Excel, Word and Power point, leverage Smart view to build report and ad hoc analysis.
