Title: Sr Lead Consultant - Oracle HCM Functional Anlayst
Area(s) of responsibility
The Oracle HCM Functional Analyst will enable the optimization and sustainment of HR technologies providing support to the product owner team in the implementation the technology roadmap and ongoing continuous improvement activities.
Primary responsibilities include
Conducting unit, UAT, E2E and regression testing for planned sprint activities, on assigned projects and for quarterly Oracle releases.
Ensuring all required documentation is completed throughout the development process and implementation process.
Supporting routine system and HR audit activities.
Investigating issues, identifying root causes and solutions.
Developing and maintaining knowledge articles & training for HR system related annual cycles, relevant functionality and processes.
Supporting system training activities.
REQUIRED
Minimum Qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a functional analyst or consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM and TMS suite of products
Strong analytical thinking to investigate issues, identify root cause and solve problems.
Demonstrated experience in product development including developing user stories, gathering requirements, developing test scenarios, testing, and all related required documentation.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Oracle HCM Cloud experience in HCM with specific experience in one or more of the following areas – recruiting, onboarding
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
Proficiency at grasping and leveraging new technical concepts quickly.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Oracle Certification on Oracle Cloud HCM, and related modules preferred.
