Title: Sr Lead Consultant - Oracle HCM Security

The HR Tech & Solutions Security Lead will for will play a key role in developing, implementing and optimizing the security design across all modules in Oracle HCM. This role involves working closely with IT, HR, and compliance teams to safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
The HR Technology Security Lead will evaluate gaps or risks, conduct periodic audits of security role assignments, responds to internal/external audit requests. It is the functional interface between stakeholders, HCM Product Owners and the technical team to find efficient and cost-effective security solutions that appropriately enable business process approval routing, notifications, and scope of access to transact and view employee-level data and reports in accordance with data privacy requirements.
Primary responsibilities include
• Acting as functional product SME for Oracle HCM Cloud Security.
• Managing role-based access controls, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive HR data.
• Investigating potential data breaches or security incidents related to HR systems and implementing risk or other mitigating actions.
• Drafting and maintaining the HR systems privacy by design documentation.
• Leading stakeholders and technical team members to solve business requirements and challenges through innovative digital solutions.
• Proactively recommending innovative ways to continuously enhance and optimize digital processes and user experience.
• Communicating technical concepts in a way that is understandable to stakeholders and influences their adoption of the best digital practices.
• Leading and/or participating in project teams of stakeholders and technical resources on security-related implementations.
• Designing and communicating maintenance operating rhythms and processes.
• Building and implementing the strategic technology roadmap for security and data privacy.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge articles and training for managers, employees and HR.
• Partnering with our larger shared services team to deliver clear automated digital processes and ensure system-enabled data integrity.
• Leading routine system and HR audit activities, acting as the focal point to internal and external auditors and responding to audit inquiries.
• Managing ongoing Oracle release regression planning, testing, and improvements for impacts to security.
REQUIRED
• Any Graduate with minimum of 6 years of experience
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working as a functional product lead in Oracle Fusion HCM and TMS suite of products
• Ability to partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to understand business objective and expected outcome and define requirements.
• Previous strong hands-on implementation experience of Oracle ERP HCM Fusion Applications, at least 1 full cycles of successful implementations in a lead role.
• Oracle HCM Cloud experience in security.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project.
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Design thinking capability.
