  2. Job Title – SAP SERVICE & Asset Management Lead.
  3. Location: Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai
  4. Educational Background – Any Graduate.
  5. Experience- 8+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP Service Management (SM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.

2. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize asset management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.

4. Data Analysis: Analyze asset performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP systems.

6. Customization: Customize SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.

7. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.

8. Compliance: Ensure all processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.

 

Key skills required:

  1. Proficiency in SAP Modules: Expertise in SAP Service Management (SM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP systems.
  3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze asset performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
  4. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. End-User Training: Experience in training and supporting end-users on SAP systems.
  7. Certifications: Relevant SAP or asset management certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
