Lead, Intercompany Finance Automation (IFM / R2R)

We are seeking an experienced Lead to support a global Finance Transformation initiative focused on automating and standardizing intercompany Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, reconciliation, and settlement processes. This role will work closely with Finance, IT, Tax, Treasury, ERP teams, and the BlackLine program team to implement a scalable, ERP-driven, tax-compliant intercompany operating model.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of intercompany AR, AP, invoicing, matching, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
•    Serve as the primary business process lead for BlackLine Intercompany Financial Management (IFM) capabilities, including invoicing, dispute management, matching, netting, settlement, and reporting.
•    Partner with JDE functional and technical teams to define and implement ERP configurations supporting automated intercompany processing.
•    Own business requirements, process flows, data mapping, and integration design across BlackLine, JD Edwards, Treasury, Tax, and other upstream/downstream applications.
•    Collaborate with Tax and Treasury teams to ensure compliance with transfer pricing, invoicing, netting, cash settlement, and regulatory requirements.
•    Drive process standardization and harmonization across global regions while addressing local statutory and business requirements.
•    Lead solution assessment, business case development, effort estimation, implementation planning, and deployment activities.
•    Define and manage controls, exception handling processes, and reconciliation requirements to support financial reporting accuracy and audit compliance.
•    Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
•    Drive executive and project-level communications, ensuring stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and adoption of scalable global solutions.

Skills/Qualifications:
•    BlackLine IFM experience (preferred) 
•    JD Edwards financials experience (required)
•    Intercompany accounting expertise 
•    R2R / close process experience 
•    Treasury settlement and netting knowledge 
•    Global transformation program experience 
•    Financial controls and SOX awareness 
•    Integration and data governance experience.
