Area(s) of responsibility

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate both on-premises and cloud firewalls of Palo Alto.
• Support on-premises network infrastructure, including Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Cisco Firewalls.
• Analyze network flows, capture port-level details, and troubleshoot network issues. Attend to incidents and problems.
• Raise change requests and follow through change management processes.
• Coordinate with third-party support teams (e.g., Orange, Claranet) for network changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Operate and implement changes for network and cloud network (Azure, AWS).
• Implement and manage complex network security infrastructures.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto Firewalls to ensure network security and performance.
• Utilize Prisma cloud, Panoram services for network security and management.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop network flows between different firewall devices.
• Monitor regular network flows and performance, and analyze results.
• Identify network rules to be deployed when transitioning infrastructure from on-premises to cloud.
• Participate in client change management procedures and CAB meetings.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
