Mern Fullstack Sr Lead
 
Design, development, deployment and monitoring of innovative solutions. Should be well versed with Node JS,  React Js, TS, Bootstrap, Java script, HTML, CSS, Python, GenAI (RAG related techs), middleware, Open source,  MySQL, Elastic search, Marklogic and cloud-infra (AWS ) architecture. Deep knowledge of cutting edge contemporary technologies to provide futuristic solutions.
Domain knowledge of Life sciences: Pharma R&D is desirable
8 to 10  years of experience.
•    Develop System Integration and platform integration
•    Strong business and technology decision making skills are required
•    Define and ensure team's deliveries adhere to non-functional requirements and schedule. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design
•    Experience working with integration/API patterns. Designing microservices architecture
•    Experience in designing web applications using micro frontend architecture, create design documents and data flow
•    Experience in Microservices and monorepo
•    Development experience of frontends / UI/UX layers for MERN stack bases enterprise application.
•    Hands-on technical implementation level knowledge and experience in MySQL, Postgres, Marklogic, and other databases
•    Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
•    Expertise in creating automated unit test cases and using Github copilot/ OpenAI to reduce development time
•    Expert in debugging and problem solving.
•    Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less, etc.
•    Expertise in REST/JSON API’s Design code for high scale/availability/resiliency
•    Develop responsive web apps and integrate APIs using Python / NodeJS
•    Good to have : Python
Good to have : Rapid front-end / UI/UX prototyping / wireframing using several open-source and proprietary tools e.g. Figma, Axure, Adobe XD etc.
•    DevOps and DevSecOps experience
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and effectively influence decisions and positively 
•    Experience with Agile Methodology, Design thinking, working with ambiguity, find own path  
.•    Always ready to learn, work on self-development and team's capability development
•    Lead development teams
•    Establish good coding practices
