Title:  Sr Principal Consultant

  • Business process review, Solution walkthrough, Configuration review, integration review, Security, reports, conduct CRP, product demo, participate in UAT for Oracle ERP cloud implementation of Financials Track.
  • Analyze issues, perform root cause, develop permanent code-fixes/configurations/ Tuning, develop permanent code-fixes/configurations/ Tuning
  • Need to demonstrate subject matter expertise in the implementation lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle ERP Cloud projects with implementation experience in combination of Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax etc.
  • Expertise in Procurement, Procurement Self Service and inventory is plus. Understanding of Oracle EPM cloud is plus
  • Providing multi-country, multi-business unit support to clients
  • Prepare test, training scripts, functional specification documents
  • Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes
  • Senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements


  • 13+ years’ experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP, with 2+ years in  Oracle ERP cloud
  • Experience leading project and application support teams is required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, co-workers, systems teams, and vendors.
  • Ability to work through accounting/finance/procurement process issues and develop a plan of action.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business function and IT to provide technical and business solutions that meet user needs.
  • Good functional knowledge on Data Conversion, Rapid Implementation Spreadsheets, File Based Data Load, Migrations, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces, OTBI Reports
