Role Overview
AP Make to Stock make to order and VC Rem work experience required min 10+ years
Need SAP PP / S&OP expert, who can look at present processes, give recommendations to GDEP on what should be done differently, and help come up with a roadmap of changes.
Responsible person will have to work with various GDEP stake-holders including business and IT.
SAP PP-VC (Variant Configuration) Functional Analysts should have a good understanding of product modeling and configuration in the SAP system.
This position will have the ability to clearly understand the business requirements and work closely to fulfill the business needs.
A strong understanding of SAP PP concepts and other Integrated modules is required for this position & Role.
Minimum of 12 years designing and configuring PP modules knowledge of the key integration
points between the other SAP modules (MM and QM experience)
Interaction with the client through net meetings, calls & emails. Handling Tickets & Tasks and responsible for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Responsible for troubleshooting the issues in the system and providing support.
Executing the needed changes in configuration.
Executing the analysis and resolution of production support calls.
VC Configuration with the creation of new characteristics, classes, dependencies, variant functions, variant tables, etc...
Exposure to integration aspects of Variant Configuration with Business Processes such as Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Costing.
Proven ability to understand the business processes of the organization and the core application environments.
A wide degree of technical skills and creativity is expected.
Good Problem Solving and Communication skills.
