Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop architecture solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with IT Security in the crafting and implementation of security policies on O365 Infra.
- Ensure seamless integration and communication between O365, on-premises and SaaS environments.
- Provide guidance on best practices for infrastructure architecture, security, and governance for Microsoft applications and infrastructure – O365, MS Teams, Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure infrastructure, Exchange, etc.
- Experience in mailboxes Migration like Tenant to tenant and hybrid migrations.
- Administration of Exchange Online and Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory AAD.
- Exchange 2010-2016 deployment and migrations.
- Exchange online account administration and troubleshooting,
- Exchange calendar and shared folder permissions and delegation,
- Exchange Online mailbox migration
- Troubleshoot/resolve escalated Help Desk issues relating to O365.
- Skype for business administration,
- OneDrive and SharePoint support and troubleshooting,
- Troubleshoot knowledge of Exchange, OWA, Lync, MS Teams
- Microsoft PowerShell Understanding.
- Basic understanding on High Availability, Backup, and recovery.
- Knowledge of MS Teams administration
- Installation of Domain controller
- Create and manage Active Directory user and computers,
- Implementations of Group Policy Services,
- Knowledge of DNS & DHCP Services,
- Configure Print server File and Sharing services.
- Create group Policy Objects and configuration application.
