Job Title: Senior AWS Engineer with DevOps Experience
Job Summary:
The Senior AWS Engineer with DevOps Experience is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services. This role involves automating operational processes, ensuring security and compliance, and collaborating with development teams to enhance the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Cloud Infrastructure Design: Design and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient AWS infrastructure.
•    DevOps Implementation: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and ensure seamless integration and delivery.
•    Security and Compliance: Ensure the AWS environment complies with security policies and standards, including regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
•    Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for cost and performance.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
•    Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for AWS processes and procedures, and provide training to IT staff on AWS and DevOps-related topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•    Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC) and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
•    Experience: Several years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, preferably in large, complex environments.
•    Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, CloudFormation, Terraform).
•    Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of security principles and best practices related to AWS and DevOps.
•    Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•    Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
•    Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
•    Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices
