Title:  Sr Project Lead - Enterprise Apps

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for the modernization of legacy applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Agile Facilitation: Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between developers, testers, architects, and business analysts.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clarity on project goals, deliverables, and progress updates.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and address risks and dependencies, ensuring the project stays on track and delivers high-quality results.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
• Technology Enablement: Collaborate with technical teams to adopt modern technologies such as cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Progress Reporting: Use project management tools to track milestones and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale application modernization or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to act as Scrum Master.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Technical knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and modern development practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe are highly desirable.
