Key Responsibilities
Test Leadership & Strategy
- Lead QA teams in planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies.
- Define test plans, test approaches, and quality metrics for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Mentor and guide QA engineers on best practices, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
Test Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
- Implement risk-based and model-based test automation strategies.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Analyze automation coverage and drive improvements in test efficiency and quality.
