Title: Sr Solution Architect
Description:
- Understanding of cloud and infrastructure building blocks , can draw and articulate complex enterprise grade cloud HLD / LLD and diagrams using Visio/Drawio etc
- Ability to articulate , design and build serverless architecture , hub-spoke and multi-regional , multi account architecture for clients
- Work closely with lead engineers to create and maintain architectural templates and build/operational document.
- Understanding and setup of cloud FinOps for large enterprise using cloud native and third party tools like cloudcheckr/corestack etc.
- Deep understanding of cloud networking and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with AWS cloud migration, Landing Zone
- Ability to lead cloud assessment discovery calls , collect answers in interview , setup assessment tool and lead end-end cloud migration
- Ability to lead at CXO level and help migrate as-is (lift & shift ) and move SQL databases to RDS/PaaS or replatform wherever possible
- Understanding of cloud native tools for migration (Application migration services , DMS etc.) , industry tools knowledge is a plus
- DevOps , CI/CD using cloud native or third party tools like Gitlab , Github actions is a must
- Ability to create move-groups, migration plan and runbooks.
- Examine the varying AWS costs , build TCO and business case
- Understanding of IaC ( cloud native CFT , Terraform ) ,ability to write and develop terraform/cloud native code for cloud foundation , governance policies , cloud security etc.
- Ability to lead cut-over and test plans for AWS cloud migration.
- Good knowledge on AWS cloud migration
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Stakeholder management , ability to lead mid-size team for cloud transformation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team and or independently.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines
- Work in US/UK/APAC hours
