- Copilot Studio & AI
- Develop and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate AI capabilities into business processes using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to embed predictive analytics and conversational AI into enterprise workflows.
- Knowledge on RGB framework
- Azure Integration Services & APIM
- Architect and implement integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions.
- Design and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM) for secure and scalable integrations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of integration layers.
- Dynamics 365 (F&O and CRM)
- Understanding of D365 F&O and CRM
- Design and implement workflows, plugins, and extensions using X++, C#, and Power Platform.
- Ensure compliance with financial and operational standards across modules.
