Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, including:
- Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard)
- Azure API Management
- Azure Functions
- Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs
- Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, security patterns (OAuth, Managed Identity).
- Experience with integration patterns (sync, async, event-driven, batch).
- Exposure to DevOps practices for Azure (CI/CD, IaC).
- Experience in enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
- Migration experience from BizTalk, MuleSoft, Tibco, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Non-Technical Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with customers, sales teams, and leadership.
- Leadership and mentoring mindset.
- Experience in pre-sales and customer-facing roles.
- Structured, solution-oriented thinking.
Nice to Have
- Azure certifications (AZ‑204, AZ‑305, or Integration-related certifications).
- Experience in fixed-bid projects and effort estimation.
- Exposure to AI-enabled integrations or Copilot scenarios.
- Prior experience contributing to practice building or COE initiatives.
