Required Skills & Experience
Technical Experience
- 8+ years of integration experience with 5+ years in MuleSoft
- Strong hands‑on expertise in:
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- API‑Led Connectivity
- DataWeave (complex transformations)
- REST, RAML, JSON, XML
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as:
- SAP (ECC / S4), Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, databases, and SaaS platforms
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Leadership & Practice Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Tech Lead / Lead Engineer
- Strong stakeholder communication and architectural thinking
- Experience contributing to CoE, standards, or capability frameworks
- Ability to balance hands‑on delivery with practice‑level ownership
Good to Have
- MuleSoft Developer certification
- Experience with:
- Large‑scale or multi‑region integration programs
- Integration modernization or migration initiatives
- AI‑enabled or automation‑driven integration use cases
- Exposure to MFT / B2B integrations is a plus
