HCM Project Lead
Job Overview
The HCM Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Human Capital Management (HCM) projects within our organization. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The HCM Project Lead will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HCM projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
