         1.About the Job – We are looking for a skilled Automation Testing experience with performance testing to join our team
         2.Job Title – Sr Technical Lead-Testing Services
         3.Location: Pune 
         4.Educational Background – Any Graduate
         5.Key Responsibilities –
          • 8 to 10 Years of experience in Automation ( Should not be ratio of Manual and Automation testing experience > 20:80. i.e. if total experience is 10 years, Manual testing experience should not be greater than 2 years)
          • Expertise in development Automation framework(TestNG and BDD) using Selenium and Java
          • Working Experience in conducting performance testing using industry standard tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
          • Very good experience on Rest API, Microservice and other Messaging service automation using Selenium and Java with related framework like Rest-Assured.
          • Experience in C#.Net and Visual Studio
          • Experience / Exposure to cloud platform (preferably AWS).
          • Good to have knowledge on Kafka
          • Experience on DB testing and connecting DB using Java
          • Strong Experience in SQL queries, DB schema
          • Familiar with Shift Left Automation process
          • Having good strategy on implementing Shift-Left Automation
          • Process very good expertise on Core Java
          • Expertise on maintaining/managing dynamic test suite
          • Experience on implementing DevOps and CI/CD
          • Good Experience on Analyzing False positive and  false negative defect
          • Good experience on requirement gathering and client communication
          • Knowledge on Linux basic commands 

         6. Skills Required –Automation Testing, Selenium, Performance testing(JMeter or LoadRunner)
