Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Manager

Experience Level: 9-12 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst or Test Manager with expertise in executing test scripts, functional and regression testing, database and API testing, and cloud-based application testing. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Private Capital industry and Investran, along with strong self-management and client-facing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

  • Professional qualifications in Change Management or Business Analysis (preferred but not essential).

  • Interest in obtaining project qualifications is an advantage.

Must-Have Skills (3-4 years of relevant experience required):

  • Investran application knowledge, including DX, DXR&A.

  • Strong understanding of the Private Capital business and Private Capital platform - Investran.

  • Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) tool.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Self-starter with high motivation.

  • Knowledge of project management concepts, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Management and leadership skills.

  • Advanced analytical skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to think outside the box to design simplistic and flexible solutions.

  • Experience in cross-functional process or project deliverables.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Execute test scripts effectively.

  • Create and execute comprehensive and well-defined test cases.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing.

  • Work within the Private Capital industry and Investran (advantageous).

  • Conduct cloud-based application testing (advantageous).

  • Utilize ADO (Azure DevOps) for testing processes.

  • Identify risks and raise structured and informative bugs to stakeholders.

  • Maintain strong self-management and client-facing skills.

  • Experience in test automation is an advantage.
