Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee our team of engineers and manage all aspects of our technical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the team meets project deadlines and quality standards. The Technical Lead will also work closely with other departments to identify and implement the most optimal solutions for our company, and will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, ensuring project goals are met
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and design solutions
• Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices in software development

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python
• Expertise in PyTorch
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java, C++, or Ruby
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of database management systems (SQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI
