Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role involves managing all aspects of the Oracle HCM system, including project planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and support. The Oracle HCM Lead will also provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet the business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and upgrade of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team in managing and optimizing the Oracle HCM system.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Expertise in Performance Management
- Strong knowledge of Core HR
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree or relevant Oracle certifications.
