WBM Consultant

• Meet with clients or management to understand data migration requirements and needs
• Audit existing data systems and identify data errors, work with customer for data quality on the source system
• Test the new system after the migration process as well as the resulting data to find errors and/or points of corruption
• Document everything from the strategies used to the exact migration processes put in place—including documenting any fixes or adjustments made
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for all migrated data
• Building data validation scripts and develop transformation scripts based on the data mapping sheet provided by the migration architect
• Installing the Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) on the target system and validating the setup
• Assist in extraction process, transform and load data into the target system and validate
• Working with the Data Migration Lead on any other aspects of the data migration workstream
