Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for SAP Concur.
- Configure and maintain SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice, etc.).
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the implementation and integration of SAP Concur with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, Procurement) to optimize T&E workflows.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and change control procedures.
- Support audits and ensure the solution complies with internal controls and regulatory standards.
