Navision Functional Consultant (5–7 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Navision Functional Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and map them to NAV functionalities.
• Configure NAV modules to meet business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications for customizations and integrations.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams for development and deployment.
• Document business processes, configurations, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (versions 2013, 2016, 2018 or Business Central).
• Strong functional knowledge in one or more areas: Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing.
• Experience in NAV configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• NAV certification or Microsoft ERP certifications.
• Exposure to Power BI, Jet Reports, or other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
