We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EHSM Senior Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing and supporting the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHSM) module, with a strong preference for experience in public cloud environments. This role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, functional expertise, and strong client-facing skills to lead workshops, drive best practices, and deliver successful implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Leadership: Lead and participate in all phases of SAP EHSM implementation projects, from requirement gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Module Expertise: Demonstrate deep functional and configuration knowledge across core SAP EHSM sub-modules:
• Incident Management: Configuration and process design for recording, investigating, and reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Risk Assessment: Implementing tools and processes for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating workplace risks and hazards.
• Environment Management: Supporting environmental compliance, including emissions, waste, and permits management within the SAP solution.
• Management of Change (MoC): Designing and configuring workflows and processes to manage organizational or operational changes in a controlled manner.
• Client Engagement & Workshops: Drive and facilitate client workshops, guiding stakeholders through best practices, process re-engineering, and solution design decisions.
• Public Cloud Implementation: Leverage experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public) implementations, understanding the nuances of configurations, scope, and integration within a cloud framework.
• Guidance & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring adherence to project standards and SAP best practices.
• Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and compliant SAP EHSM solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating project status, risks, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP EHSM implementation and configuration.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in configuring the SAP EHSM module across the specified sub-modules.
• Cloud Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects is a significant advantage.
