Job Title: HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and ORCmodules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on end-to-end implementation and support of HCM Core HR and ORC modules

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and enhancements

  • Conduct client workshops, UAT support, and training sessions

  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues

  • Ensure documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in HCM Functional Consulting

  • Strong experience in Core HR and ORC modules

  • Hands-on experience in implementation/support projects

  • Good understanding of Core HR and related HCM processes

  • Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
