Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Install in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), configure, and maintain PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), Application Servers, Process Schedulers, and WebLogic domains.
- Upgrades & Patching: Perform PeopleTools upgrades, Application upgrades, and PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) updates using Change Assistant.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance, tune SQL queries, and optimize PeopleSoft processes and servers for maximum uptime.
- Migration & Support: Migrate code/objects across environments (Dev, QA, PROD) using Data Mover and Application Designer (or migration tools like STAT).
- Security: Manage user access, security architecture, and system hardening.
- Troubleshooting: Isolate and resolve technical problems in production and non-production environments, providing on-call support.
Required Technical Skills
- PeopleSoft Skills: Expertise in PeopleTools (8.57+), PUM, Change Assistant, Application Designer, Data Mover, and Integration Broker.
- Database: Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, or MS SQL Server.
- OS/Web Server: Experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting, WebLogic, and Apache.
- Modules: Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM modules.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
