Birlasoft is seeking, Salesforce solution architect/consultant who has worked on Salesforce org migration, org consolidations, org carve out projects and understands Salesforce data model, architecture, governance, best practices. Experience in Sales, Service and any other clouds will be good. 

Relevant Experience - 12 + Years 

Location- Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Bengaluru

Mode- Hybrid

Mandatory skills

  1. 12+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in Salesforce
  2. Proven experience delivering Salesforce org migration, org consolidation, and org carve‑out projects
  3. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including:
    1. Multi‑org strategies
    2. Data model design
    3. Security and sharing models
    4. Integration patterns
  4. Strong hands‑on experience with:
    1. Sales Cloud
    2. Service Cloud
  5. Experience with additional Salesforce clouds (Marketing, Experience, CPQ, Analytics, etc.) is a strong plus
  6. Solid knowledge of Salesforce governance, DevOps, and release management
  7. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
  8. Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence technical and non‑technical audiences
